APPOINTMENT - Reservation
Appointments can be made in several ways; online by clicking on a link, email directly, and phone request via text or direct phone call to the shop.
Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability depends on the length of your service and daily availability.
During your initial phone call, we will take some personal information to book your appointment accurately and properly. Your name, phone number, type of service, and credit or debit card information are saved if you miss your appointment.
Our staff earns their income because you hire and reserve them for that service on the exact day and time. As protection for our employees, staff, and technicians, their income stream must be steady. Since all appointments are confirmed one business day before, this helps us guarantee their payments.
Credit Card or debit card information is saved and updated regularly to accommodate no-shows and non-canceled appointments.
When reserving an appointment with us, we do ask for a deposit and an active credit or debit card to store on file to secure your appointment. By entering or providing us with your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to our cancellation terms of your card on file being charged if you breach our Cancellation Policy, miss your appointment time, are not prepared for your appointment, or do not show up. Please know that our credit card system is equipped with strong security and provides secure protection and is safe within our system.
Appointment reminders requesting you to confirm your appointment with us are sent via text message, email, or telephonically at least three-four days in advance of all appointments.
We ask that you confirm your appointment via text by following the prompts from the confirmation message (the system will ask you to reply “Y” to confirm or “N” to cancel your appointment). We require that all appointments be confirmed no later than 24- hours
before the scheduled start time (nail services).
APPOINTMENT - Deposits
We require 70% deposits for all nail services during making of your appointment. Deposits are credited toward the cost of your upcoming service. All deposits are non- refundable.
APPOINTMENT - Refunds
Service Refunds are subject to investigation; reviewed and processed as per case. After review and investigation, fault of concern is of Remedy Nailz staff, admin, technicians, refund amount paid will be issued with in 3 weeks. Processed refund fee is subject to 2.6% processing fee for the convenience of the use of the merchant.
APPOINTMENT - Cancellation Policy
Remedy Nailz survives on the drive of income from completion of our nail services. Our services are detailed and are designed to heal and remedy your nailz. Due to the delicacy of our services and education, we must constantly protect our technicians. At Remedy Nailz, all appointments are confirmed one business day before the actual appointment.
We ask that you let us know of any cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service appointment.
If you no show or don’t call you will be charged 100% of the service appointment. We do NOT have a grace period for appointments. You MUST be on time. If you find yourself running late for your nail appointment, we ask that you call and reschedule so that we may be on time for other scheduled clients.
If an appointment cancellation is needed, a 24-hr advance notice is required in order not to face any penalties and fines.
Cancellation can take place in several ways, via email, text, or phone call. Please remember that full service fee has to be paid before your appointment can be rescheduled.

If your appointment is confirmed, we expect you, the client to be seating in your service chair. Our staff eagerly wait for your arrival so they can make you feel and look marvelous.
Any appointment made, confirmed but missed without cancellation and are no-shows, you the client, the guardian, the agent will be charged the cost of the service, using the credit or debit card on file.
For example, if your appointment is for gel manicure, it is scheduled and blocked for 45 minutes to 1 Hour. If the appointment is missed, your credit/debit card on file is charged the fee of the service. For example, if your service was pedicure priced at $ 38.99, then your missed appointment of $38.99 has to be paid before rescheduling.

ORDERS
Ready-to-Ship Orders:
These orders include products such as lotions, creams, pre-made press-on nails, nail files, nail buffers, and more.
Made-to-Order:
Made-to-order items typically involve press-on nails requiring special orders, such as specific sizes, designs, colors, or other customized attributes. This category also includes special packaging bundles assembled by Remedy Nailz.
Order Processing:
We strive to fulfill orders within 3 weeks. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters (power outages, internet disruptions), or personal emergencies (death in the family), may occasionally cause delays.
Payment:
Full payment is required for all orders to cover material costs and associated expenses.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Made-to-order items are non-cancelable. Please carefully review your order before submitting.
Cancellation Fee:
If an order must be canceled, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover supplier costs and merchant processing fees.

Shipping Damage Policy

Reporting Damaged Goods:

Resolution Process:

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping: but not at fault of Remedy Nailz

Remedy Nailz may request the return of the damaged item for inspection.

If the damage is determined to be the customer's fault (e.g., mishandling after delivery), Remedy Nailz may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred by the Shipper, UPS, USPS, FedEx and other shipping providers, an alternative resolution may include filing a claim with shipping carrier on behalf of customer.
